About me

I’m a passionate, detail-obsessed Graphic and Web Designer who loves front-end development and visual storytelling. I love creating unique websites, logos, and digital content. I’m all about creating designs that not only look amazing but also offer fantastic user experiences. Whether I am working in WordPress, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, or InDesign, I’m always pushing the boundaries of creativity. My goal is to craft designs that truly reflect a brand’s vibe and captivate the audience.

I’ve had the pleasure of updating the California State Fair website, creating eye-catching social media content, and designing UI/UX for Afrocentric Home Design. I’ve also animated motion graphics and brought web assets to life for Botanik Herbs & Tea. I’m driven by a love for design that makes an impact and leaves a lasting impression. Let’s make something awesome together!

IAFE 2024 MARKETING PRESENTATION

This presentation serves as an overview of the marketing year at The California State Fair. The swag and souvenirs, ticket design, Media mentions, etc. The items include branded merchandise such as plush toys, pins, sunglasses, miniature skateboards, water bottles, fans, and headbands. The colorful and fun keepsakes reflect the vibrant energy of the fair. I created the initial template with this idea in mind, attempting to capture the fun and youthful spirit of the Fair with a more corporate vibe for the shareholders and contest judges alike.

BOTANIK HERB AND TEA MOTION GRAPHIC LOGO

One of my first projects after school was collaborating with a local tea company to enhance their existing logos. Their tea features an all-natural ingredient list and a minimalistic design, so I aimed to keep the animations simple yet visually engaging. I think I achieved that balance, and this project remains one of my favorites to this day.

TRUCK MANIA POST DESIGN

Truck Mania is an annual event at the State Fair, but its straightforward concept, while popular, can be tricky to keep exciting over multiple posts. To boost engagement, I designed bright, animated graphics to grab attention and make people stop scrolling. The approach seemed to work, as the posts maintained a steady like ratio throughout, keeping interest alive over the weeks.

AFROCENTRIC HOME DECOR LOGO

During this remote internship, I briefly managed the company's social media while also designing their logo and website. The founder had a clear vision for the logo, wanting something more personal. I suggested a silhouetted bust of their face—and the rest is history. I love how simple and clean the final design turned out.
